Top Picks and Honorable Mentions:
Winners and those being recognized as Top Picks or Honorable Mentions 
will still have their project photos shown, 
but blog addresses will no loner be published 
as part of the "winners announcements". 
Interested parties may "refer back" to the previous post, 
see the # of the winning entries, and click on the original thumbnail 
for complete details regarding submissions.
