before we begin, we want to express a huge thanks to Kleido for owning and leading CCC for the past 4 years!!! Best wishes! She's still going to be in blogland so that's great that we can still participate in her other challenge blog and see her creative work in blogland!

Goodbye and a new beginning

Dear creative friends, dear followers and fellow players,

4 years ago I proudly took over this blog and would like to take this opportunity to thank NanaConnie, who entrusted me with this blog and actively supported me until I found my way.

I really appreciate all of this, dear NanaConnie.

In all those years I got to know a few new people and I really enjoyed and admired their works - be it from the team or from the participants. I jonly designed a new layout, but left everything else as usual... I just followed in existing footsteps and didn't create my own. So I felt it was only fair not to make any major changes.

Well, after these years - in which personal and professional changes that didn't go as they should - have led me to this decision to give up the blog, I would also like to announce to you that the Critters will live on.

From March 1st, dear Becca Sadler will continue to run the blog and will therefore be the new owner.

I deliberately waited until after the last challenge was over and would like to thank you for all the kind words I received in the comments!

I will always have fond memories of all this time, I wish you all many more creative ideas and take care of yourselves! Even though I will no longer be the owner of the Critters, I am looking forward to being on the other side again and being a part of the participants.

All the best and many thanks again to everyone for the wonderful last 4 years

It's with a heavy heart that I have to announce today that I will be closing this blog when this challenge ends.

If there is anyone out there who would like to keep the Critters alive, please contact me by February 28, 2025.
