I love this card for two reasons, first is because it reminds me of my daughter and her parakeet Lucky.   She used to take him out in the yard and talk to him. The other reason is I love the added flowers and ladybugs; I adore ladybugs so this card spoke to my heart and soul!! Love it!

My name is Linda Simpson and I am based in the UK. I have been crafting for over 20 years and been on the design team of many UK and US companies in the past.

In 2017 I decided to design my own bespoke designer papers and ephemera and was overwhelmed with the response at these papers.  They have proved really popular.  I then decided to branch out into designing my own stencils. 

When I was approached by Nana Connie, who is a very good friend, to sponsor this challenge blog I, of course, had to say yes!

2 Crafty Critter Crazies - Mid-March Post

 About 10 years ago, this long-hair white cat started showing up on our back patio. We gave him food and water, and he would allow me to cut the tangles out of his matted fur. We found out who he belonged to, so I went to visit.

I told the lady we loved him and would like to adopt. She asked if I had children. I said no. She said she had opened a daycare in her home several months ago, and he didn't like kids. So that's why he was hangin' with us.

We got him caught up on his vaccinations, and I named him Fluff (my husband wanted to call him Harry)

Two years ago he was diagnosed with diabetes. He was losing weight, drinking a lot of water, and had an insatiable appetite. Every morning, and every evening I give him 4 units of insulin. He just lies there and lets me stick him, but then he trots to the kitchen for his reward of Fancy Feast.

He is doing exceptionally well, and we are grateful for great veterinary care.

Fluff also enjoys Craft Time!

Hello Friends,

This month I would like to introduce you to our family dog, Samson. We got Samson when he was just seven weeks old. Last month (January 6) he turned two, but he is still quite the puppy inside that big, clumsy body.

Samson went to puppy classes when he was still quite young and that helped us to deal with our energetic, super playful puppy.

And then he grew and grew and grew.

 Here is Samson's puppy graduation picture and a digi I did of him, which you can have.

These are two of my favorite photos of Samson. The last one shows off his goofy, but lovable personality.
